Black Bean Protein Dip
			Ingredients
- 1 can black beans (drained)
 - 1/2 cup Quark
 - 1/4 cup tomato paste
 - 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
 - 1/2 tsp cumin
 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
 - Pinch salt
 - Fresh coriander chopped (for on top)
 
Instructions
- Mash the black beans in a bowl with a potato masher or a fork until chunky
 - Add the quark, tomato paste, cumin, cayenne pepper and chopped tomatoes
 - Mix well and pop in the fridge for an hour
 - Serve with fresh coriander on top and veggie sticks and oat cakes on the side!
